Flows smoothly in an airbrush; adheres to the surface and dries perfectly with a soft finish. Holds firmly all kind of weathering products. May be diluted with AK701/AK702 High Compability Thinner or other thinners intended for lacquer based paints.
Used for painting cockpits of USAF and US Navy aircraft from 1953 until today.
One of the colors used in the Tactical Paint Scheme applied to USMC AV-8 Harrier fleet from the 1990s until 2014.
One of the colors used in the so-called Ferris Scheme evaluated by the US Navy in 1976.
Also used in some USAF aggressor schemes (F-16C).
